WNRYC is a cognitive-behavioral, therapeutic milieu-based program that combines Alcohol and Other Drug services combined with mental health services, skills groups, an on-sight teacher, early intervention programs, family groups, and multi-site one-year continuing care programs. 

All WNRYC youth receive an immediate mental health screening and then a formal mental health comprehensive assessment, services, and referrals as needed.
